A smarter way to understand your health, your data, and your decisions

Wellness in 2026 is louder, faster, and more crowded than ever. We have labs, supplements, tracking apps, and endless advice—but clarity hasn’t kept up.

Many people are doing everything right and still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what actually matters.

This half‑day immersive experience cuts through the noise.
You’ll blend the best of modern wellness trends with grounded clinical thinking to finally understand how your body works, what it responds to, and how to make decisions that actually move the needle.

The goal is simple: confidence in your daily choices—without fear, confusion, or guesswork.

A New Lens on Metabolic Health

Whether you’re a wellness‑savvy consumer or a practitioner, this course helps you decode how your body uses food and supplements—and why the same strategy can transform one person and do nothing for another. When your system is functioning as designed, nutrition, labs, and lifestyle changes work better. When it’s strained, even the “perfect plan” can fall flat. You’ll learn how to spot the difference.

Your Body, Reconnected

Instead of isolating single variables, we explore the body as an integrated, adaptive system.
You’ll examine how daily inputs—food, stress, sleep, movement, medications, supplements, and environment—stack over time and shape your health through interconnected systems, including the nervous system.
We’ll pay special attention to vagal tone, resilience, and what these patterns actually mean for your day‑to‑day well‑being.

Labs, Demystified

You’ll learn to read common labs beyond “normal” ranges and recognize meaningful patterns that reflect adaptation, strain, or opportunity.
We’ll also explore when advanced or self‑ordered testing adds clarity—and when it simply adds noise. Even with AI‑driven tools, many people still struggle to translate data into decisions. This course shows you how to bridge that gap.

Supplementation, Reframed

Supplements aren’t an add‑on—they’re a key part of modern physiology.
You’ll learn why supplementation is often necessary today, how to distinguish foundational support from targeted interventions, and how to integrate supplements in a way that aligns with nutrition and real life—not random layering.

A Focused, High‑Impact Learning Environment

Enrollment is intentionally capped at 60 participants to create a dynamic, interactive, and personalized experience.

Join me as I chat with fellow dietitian Krista Yoder Latortue, MPH, RD, LDN, PMP, PBA, FAND as we discuss increasing access to reliable nutrition information, counseling and medical nutrition therapy. Medicare offers a benefit known as Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) but it is limited to only those with certain conditions.
